People from high school that have radically changed their appearance from back then are generally insecure elitist douchebags. I see them all the time and I know what they're thinking:

"Hey, it's Chip. I've changed so much from high school he probably doesn't recognize me. I'm so different, I'm so different from everyone!"

Meanwhile, I'm thinking:

"Fuck, it's that pretentious prick from high school trying to be different as usual. Luckily, that means I can get away with not recognizing him and walk right by him."

People like that are awesome and make my life a lot easier. Vive la difference!
